The Christmas lights are on. It is starting to feel like Christmas even though it is not that cold yet. I quite like the idea that they could use 70 per cent less energy this year using LEDs instead of bulbs. And the burning stars effect is quite nice too (even though it can't be seen on a still picture). I saw the Singapore ones a couple of weeks back. It was much flashier. I find the Champs Elysees installation much more subtle.
